- If you create an account using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple sign-in), we receive basic profile information from that service;

- Process payments and distribute compensation to artists;
- Personalize your listening experience and generate music recommendations;
- Communicate with you about your account, subscription, and platform updates;

- Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the platform (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email delivery services), subject to confidentiality obligations;

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations (including tax record-keeping requirements), and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixel tags) to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

The Audibin platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it. Colorado residents have the following rights under the Colorado Privacy Act with respect to their personal data:

- Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions;

- Right to Data Portability: You may request your personal data in a portable format;

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
