Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your Audibin account and the personal data we associate with it. This page is for listeners and artists who use the Audibin website or mobile apps.

What we delete

When your request is verified and processed, we delete or anonymize, as applicable:

Your account profile (email, display name, and profile settings)
Your library data (saved tracks, albums, playlists, and saved events)
Your playback queue and listening preferences stored on our servers
Artist dashboard profile data tied to your account, if you are an artist

What we may retain

Some information may be kept where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

Records needed for tax, payout, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you
Content subject to an active DMCA or legal hold until the matter is resolved

Timeline

We confirm receipt of your request and respond within 45 days, as required by the Colorado Privacy Act (with one possible 45-day extension if needed). Most account deletions are completed sooner, typically within 30 days after verification.
